how do i request for a mirror to be added to the ubuntu guide for software selections/mirrors ?
is it a feature request or a bug ?...

The mirror is 3fl (mirror.3fl.net.au/ubuntu). Perhaps there is a technical reason why it has not been included in the ubuntu gui for selecting a mirror to download software from.
