Ubuntu 9.04 has not yet been released.

It is generally recommended that you don't run the development version of Ubuntu if you're unable to sort problems such as this yourself, and certainly not on productive systems.

I'd recommend either using Ubuntu 8.10, 8.04 or 6.06 - all of which are supported.

Kill it with " xkill " and simply Reinstall Nautilus.
