Saucy is EOL and no longer supported in any way.

I suggest you either upgrade online to Trusty or wipe Saucy off and do a clean install of Trusty from CD etc. Trusty is LTS and supported til April 2019. You can restore your user data from your backups.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Farikh Fadlul Huda for more information if necessary.
