13.04 raring: extras repository does not work

Hello, under an Ubuntu for amd64 13.04 (raring) I have activated the "extras.ubuntu.com" repository, but the "Packages" file is empty and I cannot download anything.
Even the "Packages" under "binary-i386" folder is empty.

I tried to manually download and install the "harmonyseq" package, and it works but the binary file (and installation path) is under "/opt/extras.ubuntu.com/harmonyseq/bin/harmonySEQ".
