Package install of Full Circle #58 failed.

I have:

Using the software center I was able to install all of the recent Full Circle Magazine PDFS except for #58 which failed the
install with "reading database error".

Can I gt the PDF from another source?

Into which log file can I look to document the failure more fully and turn this into a bug report?

I guess the Package Updater might complain if there is a corrupt package and ask me to uninstall it. The Software Center never
said that I had the package installed.
