Gpg key is not installed

When i tried to get Full circle magazine on ubuntu software centre i got a popup window saying

Key was not installed
The selected file may not be a GPG key file or it might be corrupt.

Failed to download and install the key 0x75254D99 from hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80/:

I tried manually to add the key via command but still getting the same error on terminal

So what should i do to solve the problem ?

Can you give the output of:

sudo apt-get update; lsb_release -a

sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/rvm-smplayer-precise.list*
sudo apt-get update

If this is smooth, run:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:rvm/smplayer
sudo apt-get update

Should be ok

If you add PPAs in that way it sorts things out for you
