Run:

gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Comment out the top 3 lines which reference the CD using a hash character, save the new file and close gedit, it should be smooth

Hi ,
I can see you have mixed up sources.list from Lucid (10.04) , Oneiric(11.10) and Presice (12.04).
I think you must clear up your sources list, completely.

If you want to do that , follow below commands with order .

After you apply commands maybe you must add - check from start , all your external PPAs .

================================================================
sudo wget "http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=ezdTi09J" -O /etc/apt/sources.list
sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists* -vf
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
================================================================
Copy - paste above commands from here to your terminal , for more accuracy.

First command will clear up all your sources list.. and replace them with Official Ubuntu 12.04 from Singapore Server.

Second command will delete all apt/lists , and third command will generate them again.
Hopefully last command will make the upgrade.
