repositories will not load in 12.04

loaded 12.04 beta several weeks ago. The other day a small red triangle with an '!' appeared in the top bar. clicked on it and followed the instructions to check for unloaded PPA's. This is the response

Have I set a switch some place when installing the 12.04 Beta ? as this is when the triangle started to appear.

      This is seperateJust received a warning

      'Sorry, ubuntu 12.04 has experienced an internal error.
     if you notice further problems, try resarting the computer.
     I am selcting continue to send error report fix this problem'

today 120426 after uploading 12.04, not beta, the triangle re-appeared.

following the instructions tried to check the cache and upload this is the message received

if you run:

gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

and comment out the CDROM lines at the top of the file it should sort it.
