mirrors - ubuntu.datahop.net maxxed out

ubuntu.datahop.net's bandwidth is being maxxed out by demand for updates. It's pinging at something in excess of 130ms with the upstream at 25ms.

Please remove them from the ubuntu miror list until demand eases off.
