Untick the Natty CDROM in software sources and run updates again. If you have problems with other repositories check to see if they are valid and possibly remove them as well. All mainstream repositories used should be Oneiric ones, not Natty.

If you still have problems, in a terminal try:

sudo apt-get -f install
to fix any partial installed packages and:

sudo apt-get autoremove
to get rid of any redundant dependencies.

to find out what release level the system is at use:
lsb_release -a

and to find the kernel release level and other machine information use:
uname -a
