i can not upgrading ubuntu 10.4 and the following error occure

Delance asked you a good question.In case you want to update Lucid youst

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

and you can not upgrade directly from Lucid to Oneiric,because you can not skip releases.My opinion is that is best for you, if you want to upgrade, to wait next release.That release will be LTS too so you can upgrade directly from 10.04 to 12.04.In case you want to upgrade to Oneiric now you will have to do it like this

10.04>10.10>11.04>11.10

Lot of upgrades with no guarantee all will end up as it should.
