cant update my computer

Hi

please kindly assist me i want to upgrade my computer to 11.10 and anytime i tried to update am getting this error message

W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/sevenmachines/flash/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/source/Sources 404 Not Found
, W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/sevenmachines/flash/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found
, E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

There is some PPA that is no longer available for your system. In this case is flash. Open the Software Source and remove it, then update.

What is the problem?
Remember, you can upgrade to what version you want but sometimes it gives problem. So before to perform an upgrade to a new version, backup all your file. I always suggest to format all and reinstall. So if you can do this, its the better way.
