crash installer while install ubuntu 11.04 , and cant do any thing

the problem happens when installing ubuntu 11.04 (64bits) ,, crash of installer happens and after have a classic desktop
and when i try to open update manger i have this message
"E:Encountered a section with no Package: header, E:Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/eg.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_natty_main_binary-i386_Packages, E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened"

plz i want help for fix this problem >> i think before that it's cd or burning problem of cd
but i did burn lots of times and try lots of time >> want help very fast

Moracosh,

Did you MD5sum check the download?
Try downloading the iso from another mirror, checksum it and try to install it again and see if you have the same problem.

Can you help with this problem?
