Simple, if you go to:

http://ppa.launchpad.net/deluge-team/ppa/ubuntu/dists/

You will see that the PPA doesn't support Natty, so the folder doesn't exist. You should remove the PPA or keep it and the deluge team may start supporting Natty. The text you show is ONLY a warning and won't break anything at all.

The version in the official Natty repo is EQUAL to that of the one in the Maverick folder of the PPA too.
