Asked by Ryan

I can not get Linux to fix this in synaptic or through using: apt-get clean, apt-get auto clean, apt-get update, apt-get upgrade, apt-get dist-upgrade, sudo apt-get -f install is there another way to fix this?

have you tried going into

system>administration>synaptic package manager

click on custom filters on the left side, then click on broken packages

should you be able to delete broken packages there

Synaptic package manager does not show libpoppler-glib4 in the broken package list, because its not installed.

This is now being worked on in bug 775590, due to the significant additional information and discussion that has already occurred there and which is in progress. This may not really be a bug, but by the time we know it's not, we'll also have a solution for the problem.

Can you help with this problem?
