How to install automake in offline system

I have downloaded the automake-1.10 but I sont know how to install it.
Can any one tell me how to install it.

Your best bet is to download all the packaged required by th "build-essential" package and then in a terminal do

cd /home/user/myDownloadedDebPackages
dpkg -i *.deb
