reimage ubuntu 10.10 os

how to reimage ubuntu os so that we can reinstall the same with all it is update.

i have install the ubuntu 10.10 in pen drive it is work fine, then i went to internet cafe and updated the os, now can i burn the updated os to a cd, and reinstall the os to hard disk with all the the update. since updating from a slow conection take 3 day continiusly.
