Fix/Repair broken packages - Lucid

I followed the Package Manager Troubleshooting Procedure. Below are my results:

I'm a complete beginner with Ubuntu. I don't know what else to do in order to fix my broken packages.
Since I have broken packages, I can't install updates.
I'm just trying to keep my Lucid installation as updated as I can.

Should fix the key error:

wget -q http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/oracle_vbox.asc -O- | sudo apt-key add -

If you run the same command do you get the GPG stuff at the bottom?

@actionparsnip: Thanks. Key error is fixed.
@ALL (as in everyone): I managed to fix the whole issue. I used ubuntu tweak to purge my cache, old kernels, etc. (but not the PPAs) and the update was successful on my next run. I didn't have to restart. Thanks!!

Another note: I was receiving a bunch of partial updates/upgrades to the kernel through update manager. I think that's where the problem was. As I said, once I cleaned out the old kernels, cache and stuff in ubuntu tweak, my update problems due to broken packages were resolved. Not sure, but the "fix broken packages" option in Synaptic didn't seem to be applicable in my case.

Also, the proprietary ATI drivers from AMD seem to install more easily than doing so "by hand" or using Synaptic. I'm happy with the functionality of the Catalyst Control Center under Lucid. ATI just needs to get better with rendering the desktop properly in ubuntu Studio. Some of the icons, e.g. the trash, time/date, volume, etc. in the top and bottom panels are out of place when compared with using the low graphics mode. NVIDIA's drivers don't seem to have this problem when using their GeForce 9 and GTX200 series cards (haven't tested the Fermi cards yet). I digress... The point of all this is my broken packages problem may have been exacerbated by my attempt at installing the proprietary ATI drivers using the command prompt method.
