Lyrics and cover manager not working-(unable to find server)-how do i configure

Asked by Ponty

After installing amarok, i ran the lyrics script and the cover manager. But amarok says that it can't find the server. How can i configure the settings so that amarok can work perfectly? And it has disabled the downloading of skins and plugins.I'm using Ubuntu Feisty Fawn.

Im afraid the lyrics script on amarok (dont know about exaile) does
not have proxy support. You will have to replace the lyrics.rb file
wilth another does that. Im afraid i dont have that file with me now,
but you should be able to find it if search for amarok lyrics with
proxt support. It was discussed on the amarok mailing list a while
ago, I believe.

Hope this helps.
