No sound in Ubuntu 16.04

Asked by herminiajorba

I have just installed Ubuntu 16.04 in my computer and it seems that the sound card doesn't work. In some other computers I have changed pulseaudio for alsa and I have fixed the same kind of problem.

This is that I was trying to do. I was folowing https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshootingProcedure

And I got http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=e4ceeb99bcf73291f2e952a5539e7d0a06c2c6d3

What can I do now?
