Respected sir
In
system setting--> sound
We get empty space for "Play sound through"
So It seems that sound card reader is not recognised.
So please help me in this respect.

Sound card reader isn't a thing.
It's either a sound card (for audio use) or a card reader (for SD card reading etc).

Which is it please?

In
system setting--> sound
We get empty space for "Play sound through" I dont know whether it is due
to sound card or a card reader.
