I would highly recommend backing up your personal data and installing a fresh version of Xubuntu 12.04 (Xubuntu has a more familiar interface to Gnome2 users).

11.04 is also EOL. The only supported releases at present are:

Lucid (10.04) supported til April 2013 (LTS support)
Oneiric (11.10) supported til October 2013
Precise (12.04) Supported til April 2017 (LTS support)
Quantal (12.10) Supported til April 2014 (latest stable release).

If you use any other release, you will not get any desktop updates.

Thanks very much.I think I try to Install 12.04 or 12.10.
The think is that I had A CD with Ubuntu 10.10 and that I can not acess
Ubuntu Sowtware Center to update the Version.
That I may also solved.I try only Ubuntu on Windows,
and have not install full Linux on the Harddisc.

It will be good to backup everything you have on second partition. If it is not full you can shrink it with gparted ( you will find it in ubuntu if you start it in live mode).See http://members.iinet.net.au/~herman546/p22.html
