to establish a dialup connection follow:

gnome-panel->system->Administration->Network->select your Modem->push Properties->enter your account information

I’ve done the steps as stipulated by you however when I clicked the Mozilla icon still no connection to the internet.
Is there another action I should do after setting the “network” before clicking the Mozilla icon? What is the equivalent of the KPPP dialup software in order to make the dialup connection before using Mozilla?

FYI I have not installed Ubuntu ver 7,04 but used it as a live CD
