Hello,

the easiest way to install tcl is via the synaptic package manager go this way:
gnome-panel ->System ->Administration ->Synaptic Package Manager ->then search for tcl mark for install and hit the apply button.

Hello Pratidnya,

to establish a dial up connection use:

gnome-panel ->System ->Administration ->Network ->choose modem
connection -> press the properties button

and yes a live cd is a got way to test ubuntu but there are amazing lots
of lots additional packages it is not really possible to put the whole
stuff on a cd.
