Can't burn iso image

Asked by Phillip Richardson

Well from all these posts I see I'm not the only one having issues with this!I use several burner programs eg. sonic but different versions. NONE of them will put the live CD image on disk that will just plain WORK on load. I have an old 5.10 version that was shipped and it works, but NOT if I try to create one from download. Also, is it possible that a live cd will run, but after install there are hardware issues? I would like to try this, but with all the things I read re Linux hardware problems, I have my doubts. I did download your recommended software, but it does not work due to "scuzzy" interface not being found or some thing like that.

Also don't burn it at the max setting, choose a much slower speed just in case.

Thanks for the recommendation, but I have already tried this software and it will not install due to the scuzzi issue I related in my original message. However, after some deeper inspection I was able to get roxio to work.
Problem solved, thanks for your input.
