problemas instalacion kubuntu/ubuntu

Para instalar firefox es más sano instalarlo desde el sistema de repositorios si tienes conexión a internet. En adept en kde, en synaptic en gnome o sudo aptitude install mozilla-firefox en una terminal

Mi problema actual es que no puedo acceder a mis archivos, mozilla lo baje a windows por google pack, pero no puedo acceder a kubuntu porque no me abre ningun archivo

A ver si me entero ¿No puedes entrar en kubuntu desde kubuntu? . Como ya te digo, para instalar cosas tan importantes como un navegador, mejor el sistema de paquetes

Con un cd de instalacion de ubuntu quise instalar mozilla firefox, ya tenia kubuntu mi pc, al darle a instalar programas dejo de funcionar kde

Imagino que estan ubuntu y kubuntu al mismo tiempo en la pc, creo que tendre que desinstalar el kubuntu, sabes como se hace?

Simplemente elige el gestor de escritorio que quieras que arranque al hacer login (meter tu usuario y password). Puedes acceder más rápidamente pulsando F10, en la opción de seleccionar sesión.

Simplemente elige el gestor de escritorio que quieras que arranque al
hacer login (meter tu usuario y password). Puedes acceder más

nada funciona

Puedo conectarme a internet, pero cuando trato de
entrar a lis documentos aparece una pantalla negra y
no puedo abrir ninguno de mis documentos

Tienes algún gestor de efectos escritorio activado?

no. como se activa?

creo que la pantalla negra que aparece es la de kde, es la que siempre aparece cuando se busca un archivo en las carpetas personales o en los medios extraibles, la que dice demonio de kde

Imagino que cuando meti el cd de ubuntu la informacion de este le hace interferencia a kubuntu y no se como desinstalarlo

Cuando reinicio la computadora aparece la particion pero con microsoft, que tiene ya la computadora, no con ubuntu

¿No puedes hacer una captura de pantall o algo? Es que no termino de comprender a qué te refieres (vale incluso una fotografía desde móvil)

Es que no sé a lo que te refieres exáctamente con la descripción de tu error. Si me lo puedes enseñar realizando una foto a la pantalla o realizando una captura de pantalla . Para realizar una captura de pantalla puedes pulsar la tecla "imp print" o usar el programa ksnapshot.
