Version Karmic Koala.
Today couple of times system rebooted itself.
I did a system update, but after pressing the check button, I got the following message:
W: GPG error: http://
Any ideas about whats going on.

I have the same problem but entering the codes above in the terminal did not fix the problem. I am new to linux, and just installed ubunto 9.10 on the past few days; have i missed something from actionparsnip's suggestion? Any laternative solution, please help.

I am out of town, and have no access to my comp for the coming week. But,
the solution sent to me worked I remember. BTW, I am no expert on linux as
well.
