The latest Ubuntu stable release is the Ubuntu 9.04 "Jaunty Jackalope"
the Ubuntu 9.10 "Karmic Koala" is the develop release of Ubuntu now in alpha 3 stage.
So i suggest you to install the Ubuntu 9.04 Desktop the so called "Jaunty Jackalope" you need to download the
Ubuntu 9.04 desktop standard 32 bit from here http://

yes already has, even I read 100% completed installation for 9.04 and found boot to kernel 9.04 but i never see desktop of 9.04

i have already also install completed 8.04 until someone answer with short syntax delete everything inside desktop return blind map with no alert or confirm or cancel button or undo or restore.

So you have Harrdy installed..ok thats no bad thing, you can run:
sudo update-manager -d and you will"upgrade" to intrepid. Hardy is still supported though and Karmic is due out in 3 months if you can hang til then.

New distribution release '8.04 LTS' is available.
When I go Upgrade, I will wait for long to finish hundreds file then alert broken with button close.

Close, if an upgrade is not graceful you can get issues
Can you please provide the output of;
sudo apt-get clean; sudo apt-get update; sudo ap-get -f install; sudo apt-get upgrade
