Which "old parts" are you talking of?

"Now I can't open the pen USB Ubuntu so the errors speak about bad hash"

It seems that something went wrong when you copied the the installer to the USB stick, or maybe it is defective.
I suggest that you try creating the USB stick for installing again.

Did you execute a checksum test after downloading the iso file and before writing it to the USB stick?

ok, I understand, if you write "parts" you are talking about partitions.

You have to be aware that whenever you do a main change on a disk like enabling/disabling RAID, you may lose everything stored on the disk.

I am sorry. but i do not understand a single word from your last comment.

English is not my mother tongue and I understand that it isn't yours, either.
So please write short sentences only. That should be better for both of us.

Furthermore: Instead of describing that you get an error message, please copy/paste the full error text that you receive, including the full text of the command that you execute to receive that message.
