What is the output of:

dmesg | egrep -i 'blue|firm'

Also make sure you have the latest BIOS

It is a firmware issue, the /lib/firmware/ar3k directory was removed from the package by accident

This seems to be Bug #1969853
An updated package s already available in jammy-proposed and has been confirmed to be working.
I assume that it will be published in jammy-updates within the coming few days.

If you need the firmware files as fast as possible:
In the bug report there is a workaround, or you can temporarily activate jammy-proposed for updating the linux-firmware package.
