The efi system creation in partition #2 of SCSI2 (0,0,0) (sda) failed. I allocated 500 MB to efi partition system, but still error is shown. Please help me out.

The efi system creation in partition #2 of SCSI2 (0,0,0) failed.
This error is shown again and again even after I allocated 500 MB to efi partition system. Please help me. It is urgent.
