Missing locate package in Ubuntu Focal

Just started running Focal and discovered the "locate" and "mlocate" packages
are not available. Not sure why this is but would appreciate someone
suggesting how I might get a hold of either package.

What is the output of the commands (to be executed in a terminal window):

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
apt-cache policy locate

For some unknown reason, could not find locate package doing an apt search ??
