grub reconoce windows 10 pero no permite iniciarlo

en una instalación dual windows 10 aparece como una opción pero al querer iniciarlo la barra de luz "rebota"y vuelve a "ubuntu" sin que se pueda iniciar windows.

I'm sorry, I can't understand how Launchpad works and I've done the reports
