Just run:
sudo apt-get install virtualbox
Done. You don't need to manually download anything

Resizing the drive is pretty simple. Make a backup of the file before you start manipulating it

The new version gave me a problem and virtual disk does not work.

The VirtualBox Linux kernel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Please install virtualbox-dkms package and load the kernel module by executing
'modprobe vboxdrv'
as root. If it is available in your distribution, you should install the DKMS package first. This package keeps track of Linux kernel changes and recompiles the vboxdrv kernel module if necessary.

Try
LANG=C sudo dpkg --remove virtualbox-4.3
and copy/paste all output that we can see the results.

Also run:
sudo apt-get autoremove
We don't need the output. You just have packages you no longer need and it'll tidy up.

I have copied and paste the VDI archive.
The command for resizing did not work:

Just make a copy of the file. You can then manipulate the file. Knowing one is safe. It really doesn't help you've added spaces in your folder names.
Make a copy of the file to the desktop. This will make things easier. What is the output of the locate command
