in Ubuntu 16.04.. when i want to replace a jpg i will like to see the onr that i am replacing, cannot do so ..

when I click on a jpg in a folder i cannot see what it is I have to open it with some (ie) Gimp or something else.. I want to install a program that it would open it automatically
when i click on it, or do I have to use mate 16.10

I simply just upgraded to a newer version of Ubuntu Mate ..

No more Problems I moved from Ubuntu Mate 16.04 to Mate 17.04

Thank You Again.. it has been solved 24 hours after, I could not wait
around, so I solved it myself..
