UPGRADE TO 64 BIT

HO W TO UPGRADE UBUNTU 8.04 TO 64 BIT. I HAVE NET IN HOME HELP ME.. WHAT TO DO.. AND HOW TO INSTALL WINDOWS GAME LIKE CRYSIS

You will not be able to directly upgrade your installation to a 64bit version if you do not already have a 64bit version running.
I'm afraid that you'll have to reinstall your system from scratch.

However, it should be possible to overtake the list of installed packages (the package manager synaptic can save the list via File->"Save markings"), as well as your complete home directory without any problems.

About installing Windows games in Ubuntu, I can't help you. There is WINE, but I doubt that it can handle current games like Crysis. How about installing Windows as secondary operating system fro games? (Wintendo?)

By the way, some people consider it rude if you write all you text in CAPITAL LETTERS - it looks like shouting.

commands of ubuntu. do I get any pdf for it.

I do not completely understand what you mean by "Learning all commands of ubuntu"...
There is extensive help on most commands and applications, just try the "Help" application that you find in your favourites, or the help functions that exist in most application.
If you can't be more specific, the "Help" applicaiton may be the best starting point.
