Ubuntu Christian Edtion

Asked by Chris D.

I had a question about Ubuntu Christian Edtion, Is it a good choose or is one that is not under the linux os that you think is good one or not? The main thing is that I did not see the OS on your linux home page.

Thanks,

Chris D.

Ubuntu Christian Edition is not an official Ubuntu edition and as such is not downloadable from our website.

It is an edition packaged and distributed by JB Enterprises (http://www.thejbenterprises.com) at

http://ubuntuce.com/

It is up to you to decide whether it is suitable for you or not from their description of the product.

See, in particular

http://ubuntuce.com/faq.htm

for a description of how Ubuntu CE relates to other Ubuntu distributions.

It is in the spirit of the Free Software Community that anyone is free to take and adapt Free and Open Source Software for their own purposes as long as their derivative software is alsoFree and Open Source (see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html).

Hope this helps. If this answers your question, please mark it as Solved.
