Ubuntu no abre su ventana final

Asked by leon

/dev/(h,s)daX /home/leon

When I intend to start Ubuntu, after I key my user name and password, it shows the following dialog: "The $home/leon/.dmrc user file is being ignored, it should be a user file and have the 644 permits. After awaiting for a few seconds, it appears the dialog "The session manager has not been able to block the file /home/leon/.ICEauthority" and it stops there. At time of keying the password, I can choose to open the terminal, but I am new with Ubuntu and I do not know what to key in Gnome to correct this. Could you help me, please, and instruct me in a simple step by step way. My main problem is now how to copy the directory /home/leon/Documentos. When I intend to do that in the terminal it always say that this directory is "omitted". Is it becasuse I am trying to copy it to FAT 32 format?. Of course, I have the added problem of not knowing which ara the exact command lines. I have tried to give permits in the terminal as per your instructions, but the same problem persits. I also created another user, but it says that it is a no sudoer and does not allow to do practically anything.
Should I be able to copy the Documentos Directory, I would rather go to format the drive and install Ubuntu anew.
Many thanks for caring to answer back. Leon
