I assume by "12th" you mean Ubuntu 12.04

Here is the link
http://releases.ubuntu.com/12.04/ubuntu-12.04.5-desktop-amd64.iso

MD5:48b4edf237c489eebbfef208c2650d11

I assume you want the 64bit OS.

The standard way is downloading the .iso file that you want and either burning a DVD with it or creating a bootable USB stick with the installer kit, see http://www.ubuntu.com/download

Only if you are absolutely unable to do that yourself, you can purchase installer DVDs from http://shop.ubuntu.com/ but they are currently out of stock.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Howard Kuntz Jr for more information if necessary.
