slow internet ,slipping connections

my os elementary freya,system-Dual-Core Intel® Pentium® CPU G3220 @ 3.00GHz,Intel Corporation Xeon E3-1200 v3/4th Gen Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 06)
NVIDIA Corporation GF119 [GeForce GT 610] (rev a1)+gigabyte h-81 motheboard +4gb ddr3 ram
freya is installed on my external hdd. I had done a bleach bit scan excluding the deep scan
my pc has become very slow even the boot up after the bleachbit scan
the net is very slow & the connection slips many times
i am using cdma connection with a dongle-huwaei ec156
any solution to repair this
