CanoScan Lide 120 - Scanner not detected

Program : Simple Scan 3.14.0
Hardware : CanoScan Lide 120 Scanner

The program does not detect the Canon CanoScan 120 Scanner.
Is a Driver available for this ?
black and white scanning is good enough for me

You have asked exactly the same question a month ago https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/262320 and the answer was:

The SANE project might be working on a driver for such scanners, please contact them.

Why do you ask the same question again? What different answer do you expect?

Even if the other question was set to 'Expired' because it remained in the 'Open' state without activity for 15 days, you should not create a new question. You might re-open the other question by pressing the button 'I still need and Answer'.

What you did instead was creating THREE additional question documents:
