Docky shows plank preferences dialog box and also does not appear in gconf-editor

I first installed plank then without uninstalling it installed docky. Then uninstalled first plank and then docky using
sudo apt-get remove
installed docky again, but when I click on the icon it does not show docky settings but plank preferences.
Also in gconf-editor there is no docky entry.

Are there hidden folders with the config, or in ~/.config ?
