Important part of your output:

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
 /dev/sda6 14G 13G 158M 99% /
 /dev/sda1 113G 43G 71G 38% /media/anup/New Volume
 /dev/sdb2 75G 59G 17G 79% /media/anup/56EEB108EEB0E183

Your Ubuntu system is installed on /dev/sda6, which is a 14 GB file system, which is almost full (just 158 MB left).
You have an additional file system "New Volume" on /dev/sda1 which is 113 GB size, with 71 GB free.
And there is a file system on another medium /dev/sdb2 which has also 17 GB free (out of 75 GB)

So there is not enough space left on the main file system (that is the root file system with all program packages, and including your home directory and the directories below) for a 2 GB file. But there is space on the other file systems, so you should be able to copy the file(s) there.

The output of the dpkg commands does not indicate redundant kernel packages installed, so I do not see a quick possibility for freeing up more space on the root file system. Maybe you can move some of the files from your home directory to another file system to free up space?

(Sorry for a typo error in my first posting it should have been "df -i", but due to the results of the other commands, the output of that command is not required any more.)
