Please open a terminal (CTRL+ALT+T) and apply the following commands one by one (copy-paste from here)

    wget "https://www.dropbox.com/s/w8nw83qjw2khl08/fixpackage" -O ~/fixpackage
    chmod +x fixpackage
    sudo ./fixpackage
