Ubuntu 7.04 - Virtualisation

I have ubuntu 7.04 already installed and would like to virtualise it on Windows XP with VmWare, Virtual Box or another VC-program.
I've installed VmWare already, but it does only see an ubuntu ISO-file and not my already installed OS.
Can someone help me?
