Thunderbirds mail account won't setup & Kaspersky wont intstall

Thunderbirds mail account won't setup after I have tried serveral times making sure my entry details are accurate,
A message pops up in the mail account saying "thunder birds failed to find seetings for your email account"

Also

Kaspersky lab internet security wont install.

Please could you help,

The kaspersky is of no value to you, its a windows app and is not appropriate for how Ubuntu works. These is an inbuild firewall in the OS alreadya dn you only need antivirus if you are running a mail server or a file server with Windows clients.

Who is your email provider and I may be able to find guides on configuring the client.
