Text entered in the dialog view model is not assigned to the variable name

Asked by Sukanya Pedavalli

I have used the below steps to see the text that is entered into the username textbox in my application

click("lI1HF1TTY-1.png")
Username = input("Please enter your name to login:")

This doesnot work. So, wrote the below one and tried

click("lI1HF1TTY-1.png")
Username = input("Please enter your name to login:")
Username = input("Please enter your name to login:","<email address hidden>)

Even the above one doesnot work. So, what is wrong in that. How to write that code?

What program are you using? Is it a program you wrote yourself?

Not to sound harsh...this isn't a Microsoft programming forum. Your best bet is to seek help there.

Can you help with this problem?
