Cant find dehelper

Asked by gaddo

I am trying to run the following cmd

sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread3/install-css.sh
but get the following

No prebuilt binary available. Will try to build and install it.
You need to have debhelper and fakeroot installed.
If not, interrupt now, install them and rerun this script.

I have found Fakeroot but not dehelper ,any ideas where it can be found.
Thanks

Are you sure you're searching for debhelper and now dehelper as typoed
a few times there? debhelper (Note the b) should be in the repos for you.
