Did you MD5 test the file you downloaded?
Are you an administrator on the system?

Yes I am an administrator for the system, however I'm not sure what an MD5
test is?
I have the log here attached
Thanks very much!

Ok boot to the CD, when the stick man and keyboard show, press space then select "Check CD for defects"

Then you will KNOW your disk is good. You should check these from now on before posting here so we know your install media is good.
