I know of:
http://www.linuxjournal.com/article/9449
http://www.fs-driver.org/index.html

Not sure if it can access ext4 but I know it can access ext2 and ext3.

If you want to share data between the 2 OSes you could have Ubuntu being smart and copy the data to the NTFS then access in shiortsighted Windows. Notice how Linux can write to proprietary NTFS yet Microsoft have not added the ability to write to ext4 despite the definitions and structures being available for all to see.

My doubt is that ,Suppose current running os is windows xp and if I want to
access linux file from it How can it possible without exiting the current
os ? I already know that reverse is possible, that is from Ubuntu we
can access windows files.
